And this Manolo Blahnik criss-cross sandal is not only the soul mate of Celine Dion but also the soul mate of Faith Hill. Shoebunny spotted these criss-cross Manolos on several celebs, and will soon come up with more. Faith Hill looks like an angel with her blond curls and her sweet smile, she looks so cute.

Manolo was born in the Canary Islands in the year 1942. He was the son of a Czech father and a Spanish moter. His mother has always been a great inspiration for Manolo, as her taste for fashion was exquisite and very feminine. It was in the 70s that Manolo, after he started his studies of architcture at the University in Geneve, dropped into the world of shoes. His first shoe designs were saddle shoes for men. Then he met the woman, who saw more in him than he did himself at that time. Diana Vreeland ispired him to create shoes for women. And we are so happy, that she turned his head, if not, we would not have the pleasure of Manolo’s master creations.
