“One day, a couple friends and I went into Bergdorf just to get out of the rain. A man who works there, who I know, he said, ‘Mr. Blahnik is here signing autographs and doing sketches. You have to come meet him’. And there was this big line of women, and I thought, This is going to be so embarrassing, he’s going to have absolutely no idea who I am! So I’m waiting for this blank look from him, and he’s like ‘It’s Sarah Michelle! I love the Buffy!’ He was so lovely. He sketched a shoe and signed it, and it actually hangs in my closet.”
