This is style “VEA79940 N0″ from the spring/summer 2007 collection of Dior Par John Galliano. The sandals feature a stunning 12cm heel.
Several readers asked Shoebunny to identify the shoes since no one on the net has yet been able to do so. This time it was pretty difficult as the only resource is the below video. No hi-res photo available
