These are the same python gladiator sandals Shoebunny already spotted on Claire in a previous posting. A gorgeous pair of flat sandals that can be worn with jeans or evening dress.
Probably the flat sandals of spring/summer 2007 - the Chanel snakeskin sandals have also been worn by Keira Knightley, Sienna Miller, Mischa Barton, and Kate Hudson.
