This style is called “Allena” and is from the Jimmy Choo spring/summer 2008 collection. The flat sandals feature gold elaphe radiata (copperhead ratsnake) snakeskin with black trim, gold-tone hardware, T-strap with chain detail, and ankle strap with chain closure.
The chain ankle strap is the same as in the Jimmy Choo “Aster” sandals worn by Rachel Hunter. A similar ankle chain can be found in the Jimmy Choo “Lever” sandals worn by Kylie Minogue.
