This style is called “Rocco” and is from last year’s Manolo Blahnik collection.
The sandals feature wide black leather straps around ankle and on top of foot, stud detail, snap close ankle cuff, open toe, lightly padded insole, leather sole, and the famous Manolo Blahnik 100mm stiletto heel.
