Shoebunny spotted Angeline Tournier in Angeline Tournier cartoon wedges.

Today it’s a pleasure for Shoebunny to feature shoe designer Angeline Tournier in one of her own creations: the “Beano Cartoon Wedges”.

Angeline’s Cartoon Wedges feature blue patent leather, spiky silver studs, silver leather lining, padded insole, leather covered cork wedge, leather sole, and a 6cm heel. The wedges are also available in red, silver, and patent black.

This is an exclusive limited edition Dennis the Menace cartoon wedge. Angeline designed the Dennis the Menace cartoon wedge to celebrate The Beano’s 70th anniversary. The shoes are displayed in the London Cartoon Museum.

An interesting fact about Angeline is that she worked as a lawyer in London but then decided to become a shoe designer.
