As part of Quentin Tarantino’s homage to martial arts master, Bruce Lee, the lovely (perhaps not in this movie :ponder_tb:) Uma Thurman wears the yellow Onitsuka Tiger sneakers in the movie “Kill Bill”. In the 1978 movie “Game of Death” Bruce is wearing the real classic yellow and black shoes.
For “Kill Bill Volume 2″ Asics hosted a VIP Screening at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre followed by an after-party at Forbidden City in Hollywood. Of course, the shoes were also displayed.
