Shoebunny spotted Keira in a very sexy dress, open at both sides and only held by a strap of crystals. Keira wears sparkling Roberto Cavalli high heels fitting perfectly to the outfit. These strappy silver high heels are just overwhelming. Only sad thing is that her toenails could support a little bit more attention.
