This style is called “Hanoi” and has already been spotted by Shoebunny on Ali Larter at this year’s Oscar celebration.

The metallic leather “Hanoi” sandals feature a crystal and chain accessory, soft suede upper, open toe, ornate metal and rhinestone T-strap, buckle adjustable ankle strap, lightly padded leather insole, leather sole, and a 4” covered stacked heel.
