Our dear fellow shoe lover Risha sent us an email with the subject “Please help!!!! (Mystery shoes)”:
“I was wondering whether you can help me identify a pair of shoes that I have seen Madonna wear on several occassions. I have been searching for these shoes for a while now and I have not been able to find them.
Please help!”

Risha’s dream shoes are from the Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2005 ready-to-wear collection. Looking at the below pictures one can understand why Risha is looking for these shoes. They are absolutely terrific. A cage made from nine rhinestone straps and a ring wraps around the toes. What a unique and stunning design. While Shoebunny had these shoes in her archives for a long time (waiting for some upcoming post) it was our dear Risha pulling the trigger. Many Thanks, Risha.

What a better way than to kick off the new year with some stunning brand-new shoes from the Louis Vuitton spring/summer 2009 collection. This style is similar to the shoes worn by Heidi Klum in a previous posting.

Madonna is the official spokesmodel for the Louis Vuitton spring/summer 2009 ad campaign. Like Madonna many celebs have modeled for Louis Vuitton in the past: Raquel Zimmermann, Scarlett Johansson, and Gisele Bundchen.

Madonna has also been seen in advertisements for Versace as well as for Gap, H&M and Max Factor.

Shoebunny spotted Madonna in Chanel sandals.

These shoes are from the Chanel’s 2009 Cruise Collection and are called the “Miami Vice” shoes in Chanel’s ranks. Being inspired by an image of a gun Karl Lagerfeld asked Laurence Dacade to create these amazing shoes. Laurence is the shoe designer for Chanel since three years. Before that she designed shoes for Givenchy.

Usually it’s Victoria Beckham wearing shoe creations with extravagant heels: see her in heel-less boots from Antonio Berardi and heart sandals from Marc Jacobs. Or remember the O-heels spotted on Dita von Teese, Diane Kruger, and Sharon Stone on their Dior pumps and on Scarlett Johansson’s Louis Vuitton sandals.

Shoebunny spotted Madonna in Christian Louboutin studded spike heels.

This style is called “Mad Mary” and is from the Louboutin fall/winter 2007/2008 collection. The shoes feature silver-toned studs at quarter and strap, patent leather, pointed toe, leather upper, lightly padded insole, the signature red leather sole, and a 120mm covered heel.

What a name, what a pair of shoes. Take some studs and you can transform a conservative style like the Mary-Janes into one hot shoe. For reference the non-studded Mary-Janes from Louboutin have been worn by Jessica Alba, Sarah Michelle Gellar (and here again), Halle Berry, Carmen Electra, and Eva Longoria.

Christian Louboutin offers several studded styles in this season: flat studded boots as worn by Rihanna, studded booties, studded high heel boots, and studded Mary-Janes.

Shoebunny spotted Madonna in high heeled Versace sandals.

Madonna, the queen of the eighties, never stepped out of the spotlight.

In 2005 Madonna was chosen as the ambassador for Versace. She became a model for Versace’s 2005 Spring and Summer print campaign. Once again she proved that she was good at everything she did.

Donatella Versace created a spring/summer collection in 2005 dedicated to godesses. This Versace collection is extraordinary and different from the former ones. These white high heel sandals with the golden ornament on top of the foot will suit women jet setting. The are made for sun tanning clientele as they lounge on yachts or cruises. White and gold is always a perfect combination for summer.
