Shoebunny loves Diane Kruger and Diane Kruger loves Max Mara Sandals as we can see. She has been spotted wearing just the same ankle strap sandals she wears in this recent post.
Max Mara makes fashion for women since 1950 and is owned and run by the family of the founder Achille Maramotti, who unfortunately died in 2005. Today the company is run by son and chairman Luigi Maramotti, 46. “What’s next is clothes that live longer. It might seem antique. But it’s also modern. In the market, the idea is for everyone to throw everything away each season. But I’m interested in making good design and things that last.” (Maramotti during an interview for Harper’s Bazaar)
These sandals will last for a long time, they are constructed in a very solid design with best leather. The color of the leather is very nice for summer dresses, as Diane Kruger proves. Our Helen of Troy is one of Shoebunnys favourites, no other woman can change her style so good and so perfect as she does. Here she wears Max Mara sandals, looking like a movie star from the goog old times somewhere in France or Italy. Shoebunny spotted Diane Kruger as a real diva, in the sweet girly look and as a real bohemian woman.
This time the sandals look a bit heavy on her, it looks like if she wasn’t able to lift her feet. These Max Mara sandals are quite to thick and inelegant, to be a charming accessory on a woman’s foot. They seem to enclose the foot completely. The color of the leather is perfect for summer fashion, but the style is just a bit too much for bare feet and legs. Maybe next time she will be gorgeous again, Shoebunny will keep an eye on her.
By the way, isn’t that a price tag on her left foot, on the inner side on this enormous heel?
