Our dear readers have already seen a similar style on the feet of Becki Newtown: the Yves Saint Laurent cage sandals.

Leighton is wearing the cage booties. These shoes are from the current Yves Saint Laurent spring/summer 2009 collection and feature anthracite metallic leather, cage vamp, peep toe, zip quarter, and a 4 3/10″ covered heel with cage motif.

Shoebunny spotted Elle MacPherson in Christian Louboutin black heels.

Elle has some interesting thoughts about high heels:
“I used to wear heels because I wanted to show people I wasn’t ashamed of being tall. But I don’t wear them any more because you don’t have to wear heels to be beautiful. I can’t even remember the last time I wore heels.”

No, this is not Sandra being robbed and screaming for her Louboutins (as Carrie in SATC).

This style is called “Minibout Zep” and is from the current Louboutin collection.

The pumps feature peep toe design, leather hidden platform, lightly padded insole, a 120mm thin heel, and the signature red leather sole. The shoes are available for $760.00.

Eva Mendes was invited to Giuseppe Zanotti’s party in Paris this summer. If you wonder who signs Eva’s shoes in the below photos … it’s Giuseppe.

Eva claims that she is a shoe addict but never buys heels above 5 inches. It’s just too difficult. But 5 inches should be o.k.
“I absolutely love shoes. I can never have too many pairs. I especially love ones with huge stiletto heels – but it’s always a circus act when I walk in them. I am all over the place.”
