I found a few pics on the internet and here are a couple of links :

Shoebunny spotted Salma Hayek in Yves Saint Laurent heels.
Salma, known from movies like “From Dusk Till Dawn”, “Desperado”, and “Once Upon a Time in Mexico”, looks stunning in her red dress and YSL shoes. Similar styles have been worn by Mischa Barton and Jessica Alba (and here again).
While the Maestro usually designs women’s footwear Mr. Blahnik will release a six-piece collection of men’s shoes in 2008: “It’s not a big collection. There are some simple sandals in beautiful materials, and a few classics - with a twist. I thought it was time to bring back some colour into the male wardrobe.”
This is a classic style which is hard to get nowadays. Except from the black embroidered crepe style, which you can still find at some boutiques, all other styles are pretty hard to find.
Salma Hayek is a very exclusive celeb, always extravagant and wild. Shoebunny spotted Salma Hayek in Yves Saint Laurent sandals. She is just so feminine and wild, just as a wild horse. The horse definitely suits her and of course those black smooth Hermes boots are just perfect for the dark haired lady going wild.

Let your feet do the talking in these fab YSL monogram sandals, that will always be in style and timeless, just like YSL fashion stayed trough the years. And there is a great fashion history behind this YSL label.
Yves Saint Laurent was born in 1936 and grew up in Algeria. When he became 17 he went to the fashion metropolis Paris, where he showed his drawings to the director of Vogue, who liked his fashion and published his fashion. The director of Vogue introduced young Yves to Christian Dior, for whom he started to work for Dior until his death in 1957. From 1962 till 2002 he created a fashion empire and brought great creativity to the world of glamour. He innovated the fashion world with his ideas and creations, like the legendary smoking suit, the reefer jacket (1962), the sheer blouse (1966), and the jumpsuit (1968), as well as ready-to-wear culture as a whole.
In 2002 YSL retired from his work as designer, he was 65-year-old. His decision of retirement was based on a disgust with the commercialisation of the fashion world : “I have nothing in common with this new world of fashion, which has been reduced to mere window-dressing”. (YSL)
