Shoebunny spotted Marylin Monroe in Salvatore Ferragamo slingback sandals in “The Seven Year Itch”.

The famous shot of Marilyn’s dress blowing up around her legs as she stands over a subway grate was originally shot on Manhattan’s Lexington Avenue at 52nd St. on 09/15/1954 at 01:00 AM. The original shot on that night never made it to the screen as the noise of the crowd had made it unusable. Billy Wilder later re-staged the scene on the studio lot.

Shoebunny spotted Eva Mendes in silver “cage” heels from Salvatore Ferragamo at the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style Award.

This years fifth annual Rodeo Drive Walk of Style honored the late and legendary designer Salvatore Ferragamo.

Eva Mendes attended this event wearing a Ferragamo royal blue satin dress and overwhelming silver heels from Salvatore Ferragamo called “Cage” (item 01 6543) from the Ferragamo GLAM Collection.

This glamorous heel is covered by over 400 sparkling white rhinestones and comes with a unique heel construction from which this heel has got the name “Cage” heel. Encrusted in rhinestones and shaped in geometric pattern this heel is more than just a heel, it’s a piece of art.
