When we thought we have seen them all … another posting of the iconic “Extreme” sandals from Dior. Just a few days ago Shoebunny has spotted Holly Valance in these sandals. In the past years numerous other celebs were also spotted in these gladiator sandals: Sheryl Crow, Sarah Jessica Parker, Sophia Bush, and Anastacia. This is also not the first time for Eva Green to wear these Dior sandals.
The “Extreme” sandals feature contoured bands over vamp and around ankle, round silver metal studs throughout connect bands in patch-like construction, ankle band secured to top of stiletto heel with round stud, adjustable ankle strap with logo-engraved buckle, smooth grained leather, smooth grained leather lining and insole, leather sole with rubber heel pad, open toe, and a 4.75″ stiletto heel.

Somehow Claire’s sandals remember Shoebunny on the flat studded Manolos worn by Jennifer Garner. Claire’s sandals fearture ring and stud detail, gladiator style, brown leather, and flat sole.

Our fellow readers have seen these Dior sandals a few days ago on Charlize (in yellow leather).
This style is called “Cartagena” and is from the current Christian Dior collection. The sandals feature studded arabesque straps over cage vamp, nappa leather with suede insets, peep toe, and a 4 7/10″ covered, set-under heel with wooden detail and silvertone metal inset. Today we have another classic pair of shoes: the Christian Dior “Extreme” sandals. Back in 2007 Shoebunny was among the first – if not the very first – to spot these shoes on Sheryl Crow in the American Express ad. This was way before the shoe became popular in the SATC movie (and here).
The “Extreme” sandals feature ankle band secured to top of stiletto heel with round stud, adjustable ankle strap with logo-engraved buckle, contoured bands over vamp and around ankle, round silver metal studs throughout connect bands in patch-like construction, smooth grained leather, smooth grained leather lining and insole, leather sole with rubber heel pad, open toe, and a 4.75″ stiletto heel.
Kim’s sandals feature T-strap design, black leather, an adjustable ankle strap with gold tone buckle hardware, criss-cross straps along vamp, platform sole, rounded open toe, strappy leather upper, lightly padded leather insole, leather sole, and a 4 1/10″ covered heel.
